We are a pageant system that believes in making every contestant feel like they are true royalty. Our system is perfect for those seasoned in pageantry and those just beginning. Walking a stage or performing a talent in a safe and welcoming environment is a great way to build poise and confidence.
In pageantry you have the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people that you really do become like family. We know that making life long friends is one of the best gifts provided in pageantry.
Everyone is a winner at America’s Belles and Beaus all girl contestants receive a crown, all boys receive an boy crown or equivalent award, all contestants are recognized for their efforts. .

Preliminary Pageant General Information:
Children 0-35 months musty be escorted on stage by an adult, age division is determined by age on day of the event (A 30 day fall back will be allowed at parent’s request). Minimum participation required to maintain age division structure. Code of conduct will be enforced; failure to comply will result in disqualification without refund.
Divisions:
Girls: 0-18mos, 19–35mos, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8,9/10, 11/12, 13-15, 16-19, 20 Up
Boys: 0 – 35 months, 3 – 5 years, 6 – 11 years, 11 & up. This is a guideline for boys, divisions will be determined by attendance
Beauty / Swim
A Queen/ King and 3 Royal Court alternates will be selected in each of the age divisions. The Queen and King will receive on stage an amazing crown, and discounted fees at State / Nationals. Prince and Princess Alternates will receive an award on stage and discounted fees at State Finals. 1 minute time limit for this event. See paperwork for specific event for Supreme titles included in the package.
Attire
All pageant dates include information regarding type of attire required for the event. Custom clothing is not required, however all garments worn should fit properly and be age appropriate. For Beauty formal wear, Sunday best, party wear or pageant dress is allowed. For boys a suit or tuxedo, or nice outfit is allowed. For Swim custom or off the rack garments are allowed and again must be age appropriate. Contestants must wear a cover up in the hotel public areas.
Talent
A talent winner will be awarded in each age division with a nice gift. Custom music and instructions for DJ must be turned just prior to performance, labeled with child’s name and age division, 2 minute time limit. It’s parents responsibility to pick up their music, props, etc after stage time.
Outfit of Choice: Outfit may be custom or off the rack, may match theme of pageant or can be something you have prepared for another event. Custom music allowed, 1min 30 second time limit for this event.
Photogenic Optional Category
Photogenic winner will be selected in each age divisions. Winners will receive an award on stage. Photos will be submitted at event check -in All photos must be labeled on the back with contestant name and age divisions. Additional photos may be submitted for fee determined on event documents. Photos should not be larger than 81/2 x 11 and not smaller than a 4 x 6. Professional photos are not necessary. Photos will be available for pick up following the competition. To win an optional award you must be registered in this category.
Poster Contest: This is a photo competition; the winner receives a poster size copy of the winning photo framed. There are 3 categories, Natural. Glitz and Centerfold or Themed photo. The Natural photo is not digitized but may be retouched and have light or natural looking makeup. The Glitz Photo is typically digitized and contestant is wearing makeup, false lashes, etc. The Centerfold or Themed entry is typically ˝ to full body photo that matches the pageant theme or was created for another theme which is also acceptable.
Best Options
All Best options will be awarded in each age division with 3 or more contestants, directors reserve the right to combine age groups for optional awards. Winners will receive a nice gift on stage. To win an optional award you must be registered in this category.
Registration Value Package and Royal Supreme Cash Award
To be eligible for the cash awards and supreme titles noted in event docs, registration in the Royal Value Package is required. At preliminary competitions package will include Beauty or Swim, 1 OOC, 1 Photogenic and Best Options.
Early Bird Deposits: To qualify for the Early Bird discount you must pay your deposit as noted in the event documents to receive incentives typically due 14 days before the event.
Bond Awards
Bond awards are paid at 50% of noted value in cash on stage.
Earn Free or Reduced Registration
Our Contestant Referrals provides an opportunity to provide reduced or free entry fees for our events. Each contestant referral you make will reduce fees as outlined in event documents. Referral award has no cash value and not to exceed package fees. Referred contestants must note referral source on registration form, must not be prior contestant or on ABB mailing lists or social networking sites.
Photography
A professional photographer is present at each event and stage photo packages are available at minimal cost. No cameras will be allowed in the auditorium. The only exception to this rule is video recording devices which are allowed with purchased permit at specific events. You may only record while your child is on stage, no tripods allowed and must not interfere with photographers ability to obtain stage shots.
How to enter
Registration is available on our website for prelims, or by calling the office number or by emailing a request to abbpageant@yahoo.com All registrations received within 14 days of the pageant must be paid by cash or Paypal. All Paypal funds must clear 48 hours before the event. Balance must be received paid in full the day of event, by cash only. Registration is generally allowed the day of the pageant, (always check event documents) with all fees payable by cash only. No cash refunds, all fees paid will be applied to future events with minimum 48 hr notice that contestant is not attending and will expire after one year. Pre-registration requires a minimum $25.00 deposit per entry and required to enter program or poster contests.
